Ordering
Orders should be placed at least 5 days in advance to ensure availability. Need balloons sooner? Contact us before ordering to check availability. Rush fees may apply. All Grab & Go Balloon Garlands are custom made to order.
Pickup Information
Pickup is by appointment only. Pickup location and instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed. Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window. If you need to reschedule your pickup time, please contact us as soon as possible.
Vehicle Requirements
Transporting your garland correctly is essential.
Recommended vehicle sizes:

4–6 ft: Most SUVs, crossovers, and many sedans

8–10 ft: SUV with rear seats folded flat

12 ft+: Large SUV, truck, cargo van, or trailer
Please:

Empty the back of your vehicle before pickup.

Fold down rear seats when possible.

Remove car seats or large items if needed.

Avoid transporting balloons in truck beds unless completely enclosed.
If you're unsure whether your vehicle will fit your garland, just ask—we're happy to help.
Balloon Care
For the longest-lasting balloons:

Keep indoors whenever possible.

Avoid direct sunlight.
-
Avoid extreme heat or cold.
-
Avoid sharp objects.

Keep away from pets.
-
Keep away from rough surfaces.
Most indoor garlands last 1–3 weeks, depending on environmental conditions. Outdoor installations typically last 6-12 hours, depending on temperature, wind, humidity, rain, and sun exposure.
Outdoor Displays
Balloons are extremely sensitive to weather. Outdoor displays should be installed no more than 30–60 minutes before your event whenever possible. Wind, heat, rain, humidity, and direct sunlight may significantly shorten balloon life.
Balloon Disclaimer
Balloons are delicate products. Once balloons leave Pull It Together Party Co.'s possession, we cannot guarantee their longevity due to transportation, weather, handling, or environmental conditions. Minor oxidation (a soft, matte appearance) is a natural process and may occur when balloons are exposed to air and sunlight.

Grab & Go Balloon Garlands are designed for self-installation.
Every order includes:

Command™ hooks or other mounting hardware are not included, as every installation surface is different.
Delivery
Delivery is available for an additional fee. Grab & Go deliveries include delivery only. Installation is not included unless purchased separately. If you'd like us to professionally install your garland, our Full-Service Balloon Installation is available and requires our minimum service fee.
Color Disclaimer
We work hard to match your requested colors as closely as possible. Due to balloon manufacturer availability and natural variations between production batches, slight color differences may occur. Substitutions of similar colors may occasionally be necessary.
Inspiration Photos
Inspiration photos are used as a design reference only. Every Pull It Together Party Co. balloon installation is custom designed, and will not be an exact replica of another artist's work.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All Grab & Go Balloon Garland orders are non-refundable. Orders may be rescheduled one time with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Rescheduled orders must be used within 90 days of the original event date. Orders canceled with less than 72 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Changes to Orders
Design changes, color changes, size changes, and add-ons must be requested at least 72 hours before pickup. Changes requested after that time cannot be guaranteed.
Safety
Keep balloons away from children under 8 years old. Broken balloons may present a choking hazard. Adult supervision is recommended.
