The mother of the groom was sweet enough to share these FUN FACTS with us:
They met in 7th grade when both doing off campus golf
Their golf coach in middle school kinda “accidentally on purpose” paired them together in practices sometimes
That same golf coach is now Academy Director of U.S. Kids Golf in Pinehurst, North Carolina and will be the officiant at their wedding
Both great golfers, both families live and breathe the sport
Karlee had a pair of personalized golf shoes
Ryan won Regional Championship with a horribly injured toe. Started off the round with shoes, and the pain got bad, played BAREFOOT for a while until the coach asked us if he could cut Ryan’s shoes. Coach cut a hole in Ryan’s golf shoe with permission from Tournament coordinators and won!
They have dated for 12 years and are obsessed with their dog, Karl—a black and white pomeranian
Here's how we customized the details revolving around these fun facts!
Welcome and Guest Seating Chart
When guests arrived, they were greeted with 'The Night Before' welcome sign and were able to "Fetch" their seat with a large cutout of Karl, their dog, in a golf hat including 'K and R FORE ever'!
Their escort cards were placed on grass turf squares including colored golf tees to show their dinner choice.
Centerpieces and Floral Arrangements
The event colors were white and green with hints of yellow. The tall centerpieces included golf clubs and florals with sand and customized golf balls sitting on a grass turf underneath.
The short centerpieces included round vases filled with water, customized golf balls, and florals sitting on a grass turf square.
Kaylee and Ryan's golf shoes were used as a floral display as well! See the hole in the shoe!! OMG the details!!!
Custom Treats
Custom cookies were created for a sweet dessert after the meal. The decorated cookies include Titleist Golf Balls, K&R Fore-ever, and Let's Par-TEE.

Guest Favors
Custom golf balls with the bride and groom's names were placed with paper grass and displayed on the guest plates.
Photo Backdrop
Marquee Lights 'R' and 'K' were shining brightly in front of a white circle grid stand full of balloons and daisies. This display served as decor as well as a great place to take photos.
